What hours are available for childcare?
A. We are available from 6:00am to 6:00pm (M-F), however each child is allotted a 10 hour time slot within this timeframe.
How do we hold a spot for our child?
A. After completing a face to face interview, if you decide to hold a spot, we require a first and last weeks tuition. This is nonrefundable as we are holding your spot and telling active inquiries that it's taken. The last weeks fee will be applied to your child's final week of care when your child is withdrawn.
Must we pay weekly?
A. Weekly payments are due each Friday morning for the upcoming week of care. If you choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, the same would apply. Please give us a minimum of two-week's notice if your tuition-payment cycle will be changing
What type of payment methods do you accept?
A. Payment options are: Cash, check (payable to GW or Terry Bell),
Zelle (preferred), or PayPal (PayPal fees may apply)
*Note: A $10.00 late fee may be assessed DAILY if the childcare tuition is not paid on time and your child may not be accepted back until the fee is paid.
Are you available for after hours care?
A. Yes! If you have a meeting or want to plan on a date night, we offer childcare @ $10.00 per hour with a four hour minimum. (Must be pre-scheduled when possible)
Must we pay tuition when our child is out sick or on vacation?
A. Yes, in order for us to be able to guarantee your child's spot when you come back, you must pay the weekly tuition.
Do you have an open door policy?
A. Yes, parents are welcome to visit their child during normal Childcare hours, but please understand that it can be disruptive to the other children as they expect their parents to come for them when they see you. In case this happens, we will discuss what is best for you, your child and the other children in our care.
